Kwame with his five-piece band Kwamekaze hits the stage and lets you know that the African Roots Ambassador has arrived. He sings of the joys and sorrows of humanity never forgetting his humanity.

The band has performed throughout the USA, Jamaica and Africa. Kwame has shared the bill with notables like the Wailers, Third World, Mutaburuka, Pato Banton, Sonny Ade, Wailing Souls, Sonny Okusun and many others. 







Carl Brown:

Carl Brown is a native Jamaican born real rude boy from St. Catherine’s, Jamaica.  He has been in the music business well over twenty years.  His #1 hit, “Beeper Business”, played in Jamaica and all over the world. 

 The Beeper Man, Carl Brown and the Solid Gold Band, has received numerous awards including 2008 CMA award winner for “Best Performer”. 

 A great reggae show as the Beeper Man sings the sweet lover’s rock sound of the likes of Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Freddie McGregor, and Bob Marley and has many originals of his own.  Carl Brown and the Solid Gold Band will deliver an explosive show!

Devon Brown & Dubdis

What makes Dub Dis unique is their rich tapestry of creative expression that draws its inspiration from Jamaica's diverse ethnic influences. Featuring a blend of reggae, ska, calypso, mento, and soca, Dub Dis encompasses a fresh sound that is artistically entertaining.

Dub Dis has done extensive work as a touring crew. Currently, they are the backup band for international reggae star Bunny Rugs of Third World, as he promotes his solo album. Other appearances include performing with Giant recording label r&b artist Christoper Williams and reggae acts Born Jamericans, Max-a-Million, Shinehead, Frankie Paul, Big Youth, Junior Reed, Everton Blender, Sugar Minott, Half-Pint, and Tony Bell and Kutchie.

Indika Reggae Band brings to their fans in every show. The band is proud to back award winning vocalists, U-Roy, singing "Studio One" favorites and "Sweet Lover's Rock" as well as original songs. Indika gives their audience the full spectrum of Reggae-flava in the style of Jamaica's Sunsplash Festival.

The Hurricane Reggae Band

Based in the Chicagoland area, The Hurricane Reggae Band has made it their mission to bring positive Caribbean vibes to the city of the big shoulders’ playing real Roots reggae with a modern twist. The and is led by bassist and lead vocalist Cleve “Hurricane” Jean Jacques who has performed worldwide alongside acts such as Calypso legend Mighty Sparrow, Ziggy Marley, Shaggy, Luciano, Arrow, Morgan Heritage and Steel Pulse. Originally hailing from the Island of Dominica, Hurricane is now Chicago- based where he enjoys playing the role of elder-statesman and musical ambassador.


Di Maschine featuring Bunny Jackson:

Chicago based Reggae, Top 40 band DI MASCHINE. This band consists of  former members of the Award winning band INDIKA.

DI MASCHINE features, front man Big Bunny Jackson. Providing the heartbeat of DI MASCHINE are Drum and Bass duo of Yoab & the Ghost (Yoab Israh and Casper “the freaky ghost” Walker)together have over 30 years of experience on the live music scene in Chicago. Flanked always by keyboardists Ryan Starr. DI MASCHINE on some nights have the added support crew of  keyboardist Mike Linde, Guitarist Herb Lawson and other guest vocalist.
